The situation in Uganda is certainly improving. I find it inspiring that the Ugandan army is becoming stronger as of late. The Commander Makasi who was so brutal to others has now turned away from his former role and adpoted one that is determined to get the LRA's leader, Joseph Kony. The man is very sneeky, especially in the way in which he is know to avoid capture. Kony would walk backward or use otehr hiding tricks in the bush to stay alive. It is important for this man, who has captured many innocent children and abused so many rights, to be brought to justice. It is unfortunate that peaceful measures could not have been used, but as in many cases, people will not stop terrible evil just beacause it is told to them that it is wrong.
